We've had other providers over-stock us, how can we trust that

you won't overfill our cabinets?

This is, unfortunately, a common practice in our industry. Business Owners and Safety Directors place a lot of trust in our NELCO representatives to maintain stock of only the items that your employees need and prefer. If we suspect abuse or theft of first aid supplies or safety equipment our NELCO representatives will notify company directors after the scheduled visit.

How much does managed safety service cost?

There is no cost for our service, regardless of frequency. You pay only for the first aid supplies, PPE and safety equipment that we re-stock or replace due to use or expiration.

No service fee. No mileage charges. No subscriptions. No surprises. We promise.

Do we have to sign a contract?

​​No contract, no lease and you may cancel your service at any time for any reason.

How frequently will you visit our business?

Our customers have the option to pick between 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365-day service. We service all types of business styles between more hazardous industries to small office settings. During your scheduled visit NELCO can inspect eyewash stations, trauma kits, first responder bags, AED's, and PPE supplies if purchased from NELCO.

What does "managed safety services" mean? and what can NELCO do for you?

A NELCO representative will stop by your company on a scheduled-basis, inventory your first aid supplies and safety equipment, and re-stock as necessary (to OSHA/ANSI standards) or based on the size of your business. Although heavy industrial and manufacturing are our primary sectors we as well provide service to dozens of restaurants, hotels, auto dealers, and even small, quiet offices. We can takeover service on any existing cabinets. Each cabinet serviced by NELCO will have a service sticker with your selected schedule and date of visit/s. We do not lease cabinets, new or used.​
